Strawberry Coconut Smoothie

What you will need:

1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (NZ WPC - no carbs)

1 handful of frozen strawberries

2 fresh strawberries

1/4 cup of shredded coconut

1/2 cup of almond meal

1/2 cup of coconut milk

1/2 cup of water

1 cup of ice


While preparing, snack on 1/2 a handful of almonds or walmuts.

How to bring it all together:

Blender for 10 seconds. Sever in a chilled glass
