GG’s Red Salad

What you will need

- 150-250g steak

- Spanish onion 

- Red capsicum

- Pomegranate seeds

- Mixed tomatoes all colors (red, yellow, black)

- Curly leaf parsley

- Olive oil 

- Red wine vinegar

- Salt and pepper

How to bring it all together

  1. Pre heat the BBQ to a medium heat and salt and pepper your steak.
  2. Cook steak to your preference. 
  3. In a salad bowl mix add Spanish onion, red capsicum, pomegranate seeds, mixed tomatoes, curly leaf parsley, olive oil and a splash of red wine vinegar.
  4. Enjoy
