Small Group Personal Training

Harbourside Fitness is thrilled to offer you and your friends one of our Personal Trainers for an hour or two a week!!

It doesn’t matter if you are all at different fitness levels or have different goals Harbourside Trainers can create a fun, effective workout for you all within the space of a one hour time slot.

Small group training is a great way to achieve fantastic results. It's also a cost effective way to have a Personal Trainer - training with your partner, a buddy or a group of friends is motivating in itself; keeping you focused and committed.

Our sessions are a mix of outdoor training and circuit training in a great team building enviroment. We use a variety of training tools like boxing, kettle bells, dumbbells, weights, sprints and core work.
