Harbourside Fitness North Sydney is a fully equipped, air conditioned training studio offering both personal training & indoor/outdoor group fitness sessions. With everything you need to get a great full body workout, we have stripped back to the basics with Olympic bars, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, plyometric boxes, pull-up bars, gymnastic rings, cable machine, rowers and bikes.

Located across the road from Anderson Park and with hills and stairs close by to challenge any runner, this studio has everything you need to improve your strength, stamina, power, speed, balance flexibility, agility and cardiovascular fitness.

Our trainers live and breathe fitness and healthy living. We all practice what we preach and are focused on helping our clients achieve healthy lifestyles and any goals they want to achieve.

We offer training options such as strength and conditioning, weight loss, rehabilitation, boxing, pre and post-natal, sports specific, circuit-style classes and Bootcamp. We have Poliquine, Crossfit and C.H.E.K qualified trainers.

Harbourside Fitness is a place for all ages & fitness levels.

All our trainers are certified & qualified with Fitness NSW, each trainer specialises in different fields and all trainers are passionate & professional about clients achieving their health, fitness & weight loss goals.
