We will ensure the classes are full of variety to keep your staff interested. A Harbourside trainer will come to you so that we are not wasting your staff’s time going to a different location. NUTRITION EDUCATION & WELLNESS

In our experience to get the best out of your team – corporate group training works best when you conduct the sessions as a competition with a goal to achieve an outcome. This can be run on an individual basis or between departments. Initially when a new group starts with us, we will conduct health assessments to review your employees' existing fitness levels. We test:

  • Blood pressure
  • Body fat using the BioSignature System
  • Fitness levels for simple exercises such as push-ups and sit-ups
  • Basic body measurements such as hip, waist and chest measurements

Each team member will receive a detailed report that provides them with a snapshot of their personal health and wellness at the start of the program and at the conclusion of the program. We find that is takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks for people to start feeling healthier and then 8 weeks to see some real improvements in their body shape and weight.
