When life gives you Lemons

“When life gives you a lemon... squeeze it, mix it with a glass of water and drink twice daily.”

A remedy which will prevent disease and assist in cleansing your internal system of impurities. Due to the digestive qualities of lemon juice, symptoms of indigestion such as heartburn, bloating and belching are relieved.

By drinking lemon juice regularly, the bowels are aided in eliminating waste more efficiently thus controlling constipation and diarrhea.

The lemon contains potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. Lemons are useful in treating asthma, biliousness, colds, coughs, sore throat, diphtheria, flu or influenza, liver issues, fevers, kidney stones, gout and rheumatism.

For best results without an over baring taste squeeze half a lemon into a glass of water, save the other half for later in the day. 

Great as a tea or a cold drink.
