Ten things you can do to limit chemical estrogen exposure are:

  1. Eat organic
  2. Use plant-based cleaning products.
  3. Use natural bodywash, soap, shampoo and conditioners. 
  4. Avoid chemical air fresheners.
  5. Drink filtered water.
  6. Never microwave or heat plastic containers. 
  7. Use glass containers for food and get a glass water bottle.
  8. Ditch the plastic bags.  
  9. Increase you intake of green veggies, mostly cruciferous like broccoli, spinach, cabbage and brussel sprouts 
  10. Increase you intake of antioxidants such as red kidney beans, berries, spices and herbs.
