Recipe of the Week - Tuna Omelette

Get your day started with the right breakfast.

Every morning you have 2 options, hit the snooze button for a few extra minutes chasing dreams and or get up and make the meal that will help you chase down your dreams.

The longest time you spend without food is when you're sleeping and this is the time when your body does most of it's recovering. So after hours of repairing there is nothing left in the tank to power your mind and body for the day ahead. 

Solution: Start your day in the black with a well balanced breakfast that will give you all the nutrients your body needs and stop those mid morning bad food cravings.

Start your day with a high protein low carb breakfast to lose weight and feel great

Quick and easy answer: Tuna Omelette

Ingredients

2 eggs

90 grams tuna (canned)

2 chopped mushrooms

4 chopped mini tomatoes

small handful of baby spinach

Directions

Boil the kettle and brew up a cup of green tea or black coffee to sip on while cooking.

While the pan is heating to a medium heat add 2 whole eggs into a mixing bowl, whisk then add all other ingredients and stir well.

Add mixture to pan, once bubbles start to come through flip and cook for another minute or two. Then Serve
