Recipe of the week - Coconut and berry smoothie

Another perfect breakfast shake:

What you will need:

Coconut milk

1/2 cup of raw mixed nuts or 1/2 cup of almond meal

1/2 cup of frozen berries (either use mixed berries, strawberries, blackberries or even cranberries)

1 scoop protein powder (vanilla is best)


How to bring it all together:

1) All ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 20 seconds.
