Recipe of the week - Blueberry Breakfast
Simple healthy breakfast that take 2 minutes to prepare and you could eat it on your way to work, really pressed for time, make it the night before.
What you will need:
- 1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder (no carbs or additives)
- 100g greek yogurt (julna) full fat
- 50g raw nuts
- 1/2 cup of frozen blue berries
- pinch of cinnamon
How to bring it all together:
- Mix all ingredient in a bowl and your good to go, its that simple.
