What you will need
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tbs ground flax
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
How to bring it all together for 4 big pancakes
1) Mash up your ripe banana, beat the eggs, then add the vanilla protein powder, flax, and vanilla into a large bowl to make the batter.
2) Heat a pan to a medium-low heat, to oil the pan use either coconut oil or an organic unsalted butter. Cook each pancake for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
3) Top with almond butter or fruit.
