Home Made Protein Ice Cream
What you will need:
- 350ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 scoop of whey protein powder
- Few drops of coconut stevia
- 1 tsp xantan gum
How to bring it all together:
1) Blend together 250ml of unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 scoop of protein and a few drops of coconut stevia.
2) Separate into small cubes and freeze
3) Once frozen add the cubes into a bowl and add another 50-10ml of unsweetened almond milk and 1 tsp xantan gum.
4) Blend again
