Green Smoothie

Another great addition to your smoothie list, great for breakfast or post workout.

What you will need:

1 cup of water

Handful of ice cubes

1/2 cup of frozen berries

1 scoop of WPC vanilla protein powder

Handful of torn kale

Handful of spinach

Teaspoon of flaxseed oil

Teaspoon of LSA

1/2 teaspoon of spirulina

Teaspoon of chia seeds

How to bring it all together:

Blend for 15 seconds
