Final assessment for the 6 Week Challenge

This monday we will be doing the final assessment for the 6 Week Challenge. 

All bootcamps will be going through the body assessments and the fitness test first and then running a normal bootcamp with the time left.

For Anderson Park, Naremburn and Milsons point please show up 10 minutes before normal start time so we can get through everyones assessments and not cut into to much of the session time.

All bootcampers not apart of the 6 Week Challenge are more then welcome to join in on the fitness assessments but people be advised that the sessions might start later then normal.

The person with the most improvement over all areas assessed will receive $1500 in prize money and either 3 month free Unlimited Bootcamp OR 4 x 60 minute personal training sessions.

The runner up will receive $500. prize money

Winner will to be announced in the weekly newsletter.

I hope you are all feeling and seeing the benefits for being more active and eating clean, Monday is the time to put you to the test and see the improvements.
