Cherry Vanilla protein bars

Enjoy a great pre or post workout snack, also great when you are stuck in meetings and everyone else is snaking on the biscuits and pastries.

What you will need

  • 4 scoops of vanilla whey protein
  • 2 1/2 cups of silvered almonds
  • 1/3 cup flax meal
  • 5 or so drops of vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 4-5 tablespoons of water

How to bring it all together

  1. Pre heat over for 
  2. Add your almonds, flax meal, vanilla essence and cranberries in a food process and pulse until it is well ground.
  3. Add in water and protein and continue to pulse until all ingredients are blended in.
  4. Spread mixture onto a baking tray and cook for  minutes.
