Antioxidant Power Shake

What you will need:

- 1/4 cup of water

- 1 -2 scoops of vanilla or natural Select WPC

- 1/2 cup almond meal

- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- 3 stalks kale
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

- 1/2 cup of ice weather permitting

 

How to bring it all together:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 20 to 30 seconds

 

Add a hand full of raw nuts for a perfect quick breakfast or after a hard workout.
